CUP OF FINAL THOUGHTS ????
To truly uncover and gain a deeper understanding of oneselves, you have to first be honest with yourself. The writing and the answers does not have to be perfect, but it does need to be brutally honest.
So don’t hold yourself back when digging for those answers no matter how painful or imperfect they may be. This will help you unload the mental burden to getting the clarity you need to move forward and thrive.
Also…don’t overthink it and start with one question at a time. It’s the little steps in life that truly matters.
