“Journal writing gives us insights into who we are, who we were, and who we can become.”
– Sandra Marinella
There are many ways to figure yourself out, but the one I found to be effective personally to me is journaling.
The neat thing about journaling is that it’s free form writing, where you can jot down all your thoughts, feelings and emotions, basically unload everything in your mind onto the paper without worrying about perfection.
There is no right or perfect to journal, it can be however you want it to be, but one thing it needs to be is truthful.
Below I have listed 21 journal prompts and questions to get you started on your journey for deep reflection to figure yourself out!
